It has for about a decade the certification mark for its paths by the European Confederation of Hiking Clubs and is the only island in Europe that has achieved it. This badge came as a natural consequence of the systematic effort to record the routes and highlight the trails from the network "Andros Routes", which has highlighted all the old paths that connected the villages with the large -then- urban centers for the transport of commercial and agricultural products
